It would seem that the Americans are preparing for riots during the planned roll-out of a H1N1 serum.  This article describes a practice run by the National Guard, preparing for possible riots, if people get out of control trying to get to a serum.

In an unrelated story, there has been a report of concerns over side effects of H1N1 vaccines.  This British Daily Mail article describes the concerns of neurologists of an increase in the instances of a brain disorder, linked to the vaccine injections.
