“Lynnwood Police office warning their residents of markings that is being brought on to the pavements in their neighbourhood.

It is a Christmas stocking in red paint usually under a lamp post.  They are suspecting that it is a indication of “Christmas shopping” for the criminals.

Please be on the lookout for this marks if you see it please phone the Police or your security company.”
